New Tower called Dubai Tower will stand tall 437 meters in Qatar. Designed by RMJM, the Tower will spent $620 million of money for completion, it is expected to open in 2011 and will be the tallest Tower in the country. As a mixed-use building, the Tower consists of 13 floors of five star hotel (225 rooms), 29 floor of office space, 31 floors containing 226 luxury apartments and 3 super luxury penthouses, and 7000 m2 of retail area.

Designed by TR Hamzah & Yeang, the EDITT Tower will be the next ecological icon in Singapore. EDITT means “Ecological Design In The Tropics”, so I think you can predict what kind of skyscraper it will be. Utilizing 855 square meters of photovoltaic panels and organic local vegetation as facade, this 26-story high-rise building is expected to rehabilitate the metropolis ecosystem.

Designed by L-A-V-A (Laboratory for Visionary Architecture), the Michael Schumacher World Champion Tower was unveiled recently as the first project of a series of branded towers. What next, may be Bill Gates Tower or Burj Christano Ronaldo? I hope the latest one. Expected to be completed in June 2011, the construction of this aerodynamic Tower will start next year.
